Sănătatea organismului în funcție de nivelul streptococilor intestinali

Abstract

A fost stabilit faptul că microorganismele familiei Streptococcaceae, izolate din conținutul intestinal uman și animal, aparțin la trei genuri. Determinarea cotei lor procentuale a demonstrat prevalența streptococilor din genul Enterococcus, care a atins nivelul de 74,17%, pe locul doi au fost cei din genul Lactococcus, constituind 13,18%, pe locul trei aflându-se cei din genul Streptococcus – 12,63%, comparativ cu numărul total de tulpini izolate. Experimentele a două serii au demonstrat dependența sănătății organismului de numărul de streptococi în intestin. S-a confirmat că modificările patologice ale nivelului streptococilor intestinali, caracteristice vârstei timpurii postnatale, necesită măsuri medicale specifice, care ar contribui la recuperarea optimă a valorii numerice a acestora și a sănătății organismului.

It has been determined that the microorganisms of the Streptococcaceae family, isolated from the human and animal intestinal contents, belong to three genres. Determination of their percentage share showed the prevalence of streptococci of the genus Enterococcus that reached 74,17%, second place were those of the genus Lactococcus, constituting 13,18% and Streptococcus species – 12,63%, being found on the third place, compared to the total number of isolated strains. Experiments of two series have shown the body’s health dependence on the number of streptococci in the intestine. It has been confirmed that pathological changes in the level of intestinal streptococci characteristic of early postnatal age require specific medical measures to help optimally recover their numerical value and body health.

Установлено, что микроорганизмы семейства Streptococcaceae, выделенные из содержимого кишечника человека и животных, принадлежат трём видам. Определение их процентной доли показало превалирование стрептококков вида Enterococcus, достигшее уровня в 74,17%, на втором месте был вид Lactococcus, составляя 13,18%, и вид Streptococcus – 12,63%, находящиеся на третьем месте сравнительно общему числу выделенных штаммов. Результаты двух серий опытов показали зависимость здоровья организма от числа стрептококков в кишечнике. Подтверждено, что патологические изменения уровня кишечных стрептококков, характерные для раннего постнатального возраста, нуждаются в специфических медицинских мероприятиях, которые способствовали бы оптимальному восстановлению их численности и здоровья организма.
