În articol sunt descrise particularitățile principale ale procesului epidemiologic al tuberculozei în raionul Cahul, comparativ cu situația din Republica Moldova. Procesul epidemic
de tuberculoză în raionul Cahul, în anii de studiu, are o
tendință de descreștere, dar aceasta se manifestă mai lent
decât în republică. S-a îmbunătățit depistarea bolnavilor de
tuberculoză, fapt ce a contribuit la stabilizarea mortalității și
la reducerea formelor distructive.
In this clause the analysis epidemiological and the features of
disease of a tuberculosis in Cahul district is given in comparison with a situation on the country on the data of the statistical
reports of the Cahul Public Health Center. It has been established that the epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in this
area tends to decrease, but it showed a lower level compared
with the incidence in the country over the same period. Early
diagnostics of the patients has ameliorated, that promoted
stabilization of mortality and decrease (reduction) destructiveness of the forms of a tuberculosis in Cahul district.
В статье описаны основные особенности эпидемического процесса при туберкулезе в Кагульском районе по
сравнению с ситуацией в стране. Эпидемический процесс при туберкулезе в Кагульском районе в исследуемые
годы имеет тенденцию к снижению, но оно протекает
медленнее, чем в республике. Улучшение диагностики
туберкулеза среди жителей района помогло стабилизировать смертность и уменьшить деструктивные
формы.
