dc.description.abstract Summary. Simple renal cyst has no pathognomonic clinical or paraclinical manifestations. Studied patients presented to the urologist the following problems: chronic pain syndrome (99,6%), arterial hypertension (62,14%), general infectious syndrome (16,79%), asthenic syndrome (48,93%) as well as the lower urinary tract symptoms (13,93%). Anemia, leucocytosis, piuria, proteinuria and hematuria are relatively rare met. Taking into consideration that the clinical picture and laboratory analyses are usually unspecific, nevertheless they can contribute to the determination of the possible complications of simple renal cyst diagnosis as well as evaluation of the arterial hypertension and chronic pain syndrome contribution to the decision to undertake cyst’s surgical treatment. en_US
