Summary. Hemodialysis is associated with various complications, the most common being intradialytic hypotension (IDH). In the majority of cases, IDH is easily corrected and does not represent a life-threatening condition. We present results of the study of a group of dialysis patients from the Dialysis and kidney Transplantation Center Clinical Republican Hospital from Moldova. It was established a correlation between duration a patient is on dialysis and frequency of hypotension episodes (0,43, p<0,01). In females hypotensive episodes were more frequent than in males. 20 female (50%) and 21 male(25,5%) experienced hypotension at every dialysis (0,0997, p=0,027). It is proposed a scheme of management for hypotensive episodes. |
