Summary. In-depth study of clinical trials results as well as accumulated experimental and empirical data demonstrated the importance of Valgancyclovir administration in kidney transplant patients. Analyzed literature data underlines that the treatment of cytomegalovirotic infection in patients with solid organs transplant is essential for both patient and transplant survival and provide the prevention of the large majority of possible complications. Valcyte® administration provides success in cytomegalic infection’s treatment and simultaneously offers easier and more adaptable dosing regimen. |
