| dc.description.abstract | Summary. We have presented a patient that shows clinical picture, laboratory and instrumental data characteristic for two distinctive pathological entities: osteopetrosis and chronic glomerulonephritis in CkD stage V. Congenital calcium and phosphorus metabolism disturbances have prepared the basis for glomerular disease development and progression. Lack of treatment options in the management of the main pathology limits significantly the medical efforts in the patients’ status correction. | en_US |
