Seroprevalența markerilor infecțiilor virale hemotransmisibile la donatorii primari de sânge

Abstract

În articol sunt prezentate pentru prima dată la nivel național rezultatele studiului nivelului seroprevalenței markerilor hepatitei virale B în asociere cu markerii infecțiilor hemotransmisibile la donatorii de sânge în funcție de teritoriu, sex, vârstă. Rezultatele obținute denotă că la donatorii de sânge a fost înregistrat un nivel sporit al seroprevalenței markerilor analizati, și anume: AgHBs + anti-HBc + anti-CMVIgG – 2,3±0,9%; HBc + anti-CMVIgG – 30,5±2,3%; anti-HBc + anti-CMVIgG + anti-HSV1 Ig – 22,7±2,1% și anti-HBcor + anti-CMVIgG + anti-HSV1 IgG + anti-EBVIgG – 2,7±0,9%. Aceste rezultate demonstrează necesitatea reevaluării și reactualizării unor poziții privind perfectarea sistemului de asigurare a biosecurității transfuziilor de sânge și a transplantului de organe și țesuturi în contextul recomandărilor OMS.

Seroprevalence of markers of bloodborne viral infections in primary blood donors In the article for the fi rst time at the national level the seroprevalence of hepatitis B associated with markers of bloodborne infections was studied in persons at blood donors depending on territorial spread, gender and age. The obtained results indicate that a high level of seroprevalence of the mentioned markers was registered in blood donors, namely: HBsAg + anti-HBc + anti-CMVIgG – 2,3±0,9%; HBc + anti-CMVIgG – 30,5±2,3%; Anti-HBc + anti-CMVIgG + anti-HSV1 Ig – 22,7±2,1% and anti-HBcor + anti-CMVIgG + anti-HSV1 IgG + anti-EBVIgG – 2,7±0,9%. The results will contribute to the update of some aspects to improve the system of security of blood transfusion and transplantation of organs and tissues in accordance with the recommendations of the WHO.

В статье впервые на национальном уровне были представлены результаты исследования уровня серопревалентности маркеров вирусного гепатита В в сочетании с маркерами гемотрансмиссивных инфекций у первичных доноров крови в зависимости от территории, пола, возраста. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что у доноров крови был зарегистрирован высокий уровень серопревалентности анализируемых маркеров, а именно: HBsAg + анти-НВс + анти-CMVIgG – 2,3±0,9%; HBc + анти-CMVIgG – 30,5±2,3%; анти-HBc + анти-CMVIgG + анти-HSV1 Ig – 22,7±2,1% и анти-HBcor + анти-CMVIgG + антиHSV1 IgG + анти-EBVIgG – 2,7±0,9%. Это указывает на необходимость переоценки и изменения некоторых позиций в отношении обновления системы биобезопасности переливания крови и трансплантации органов и тканей в контексте рекомендаций ВОЗ.
