Tromboza venoasă superficială a membrelor inferioare: terminologia și clasificări contemporane

Abstract

Tromboza venoasă superficială a membrelor inferioare reprezintă o patologie acută în care formarea maselor trombotice în sistemul venos superficial este asociată cu un răspuns inflamator al peretelui venos. Patologia dată se întâlnește cel mai frecvent la pacienţii cu maladie varicoasă, sau la cei cu afecţiuni subiacente, cum ar fi tumoarea malignă sau trombofilia. Pe parcursul ultimelor decenii au fost propuse mai multe noţiuni și clasificări, bazate pe cunoștinţele noi despre tromboza venoasă superficială, îmbunătăţirea rezultatelor clinice, precum și implementarea diverselor metode diagnostice și curative în practica clinică. În această revistă a literaturii se vor detalia noţiuni generale, precum și diverse clasificări folosite în descrierea trombozei venoase superficiale, ceea ce va permite înţelegerea mai clară și unificarea terminologiei contemporane în domeniul respectiv.

Superficial vein thrombosis of lower limbs is an acute disease where the formation of thrombus in the superficial venous system is associated with an inflammatory response of the venous wall. This disease is the most common among patients with varicose veins, but can also occur in those with an underlying condition, such as a malignant tumor or thrombophilia. Over the past decades, there were proposed several new terms and classifications, based on new findings related to superficial venous thrombosis, improving clinical outcomes and implementation of different diagnostic and curative approaches in clinical practice. This literature review will generalize information regarding actual terminology and various classifications of the superficial vein thrombosis that will contribute to a better understanding and unification of modern terminology used for its description.

Тромбоз подкожных вен нижних конечностей является острой патологией, при которой образование тромбов в поверхностной венозной системе связано с воспалительной реакцией венозной стенки. Данная патология встречается преимущественно у пациентов с варикозным расширением вен, но может возникать и у пациентов, страдающих некоторыми сопутствующими заболеваниями, такими как злокачественная опухоль или тромбофилия. На протяжении последних десятилетий были предложены различные термины и классификации, основанные на дополненных знаниях о поверхностном венозном тромбозе, улучшении клинических результатов, а также внедрении разнообразных лечебно-диагностических подходов в клиническую практику. В представленном обзоре литературы рассмотрены как общие понятия, так и различные классификации, используемые в описании тромбоза поверхностных вен, что способствует лучшему пониманию и унификации современной терминологии, при- меняемой при данном заболевании.
