Stresul ca problemă a cadrelor didactice

Abstract

Excesul schimbărilor în societate a reușit să lase amprenta peste tot, devenind substrat în dezvoltarea unor disfuncții. Stresul, apărut ca rezultat al acestor disfuncţii, a devenit de neocolit chiar și pentru sfera didactică ce se confruntă zilnic cu noi provocări, atât în dezvoltarea personală, cât și în relațiile cu ucenicii săi. Prezenta lucrare încearcă să urmărească în evoluție acțiunea stresului asupra cadrelor didactice.

The excess of changes in society affects every aspect of life, becoming the substrate in the development of some dysfunctions. Stress, as a result of these dysfunctions has become inevitable even for education field workers, who are, on daily basis, confronted with new challenges both in personal development and in relations with students. This paper tracks the evolving action of stress on teachers.
