Consideraţiuni istorice şi aspecte contemporane în tratamentul chistului hidatic pulmonar

Abstract

Actualmente maladia hidatică rămâne a fi o problemă medico-chirurgicală majoră în chirurgie, caracterizată de persistenţa incidenţei sporite și multiplelor complicaţii ce apar în evoluţia acesteia, şi continuă să provoace prejudicii social-economice considerabile atât în Republica Moldova cât şi peste hotarele acesteia. Necătând la faptul că pe parcursul deceniilor au fost întrunite numeroase conferinţe, congrese şi simpozioane unde s-au pus la discuţie diagnosticul şi tratamentul chistului hidatic, la momentul de faţă nu există un algoritm bine determinat pentru aplicarea consecutivă a metodelor de tratament şi de explorare în complex, de laborator şi instrumentale, a complicaţiilor toracice şi sistemice, ce frecvent se întâlnesc în evoluţia chistului hidatic pulmonar.

Currently the hydatid cyst disease remains a major medico-surgical problem in surgery, characterized by a high incidence and multiple complications that arise in its development, and cause social-economic implications both in the Republic of Moldova and other countries. Despite the fact that over the decades there have been held numerous conferences, congresses and symposiums focused on the diagnosis and treatment of hydatid cyst, at this moment there is not any well established algorithm for the sequential application of methods of complex treatment and exploration, laboratory and instrumental methods, in thoracic and systemic complications, frequently encountered in the development of pulmonary hydatid cyst.
