Activitatea enzimelor proteolitice în urină la copiii cu glomerulonefrită

Abstract

Studiul se axează pe evaluarea activităţii enzimelor proteolitice în urină la etapele clinico-evolutive la 40 copii cu glomerulonefrită şi sindrom nefrotic. Activitatea enzimelor proteolitice în glomerulonefrită poate servi drept criteriu de diagnostic precoce de stabilire a gravităţii maladiei, patologiei topice, gradului de lezare a ţesutului renal, evoluţiei, complicaţiilor asociate cât şi a pronosticului.

Summary This study focuses on assessing the activity of proteolytic enzymes in the urine of 40 children with nephrotic syndrome and glomerulonephritis at clinical evolutional stages. Glomerulonephritis proteolytic enzyme activity may serve as an early diagnostic criteria for determining the severity of the disease, topical pathology, the degree of damage to kidney tissue, evolution, associated complications and prognosis.
