Manifestările clinice ale sindromului hemoragic la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică

Abstract

This study included 75 patients with liver cirrhosis. We analyzed the clinical manifestations of hemorrhagic syndrome in patients with liver cirrhosis. It was observed that the hemorrhagic syndrome was manifested frequently by epistaxis. Clinical manifestations of hemorrhagic syndrome were reunited frequently in cirrhotic Child-Pugh stage B and C patients, which demonstrates an obvious alteration of synthesis function of the liver with the evolution of the disease. Also hemorrhagic syndrome was met with a higher frequency in cirrhosis patients of viral etiology C.

Исследование было проведено при анализе данных 75 больных с циррозом печени, у которых наблюдались клинические проявления гемор- рагического синдрома. Было отмечено, что самым частым проявлением геморрагического синдрома оказались носовые кровотечения. Чаще всего геморрагические проявления наблюдались у больных с циррозом стадии Child-Pugh В и C, что может свидетельствовать об очевидных изменениях функции синтеза печени. Также геморрагический синдром чаще наблюдался у пациентов с циррозом печени вирусной этиологии C.
