Particularităţile tratamentului sclerozei de prostată

Abstract

Rezumat Tratamentul sclerozei prostatei prezintă o problemă extrem de importantă a urologiei contemporane în legătură cu răspândirea mare a acestei afecţiuni, în deosebi la bărbaţii de vârstă înaintată şi senilă. Până nu demult majorităţii pacienţilor li se exercita tratamentul prin rezecţia „deschisă" a acesteia. în prezent un standard recunoscut totalmente în tratamentul sclerozei prostatei este rezecţia transuretrală (TUR) a prostatei. în lucrare s-a convenit la o analiză mai profundă şi completă a metodelor chirurgicale de tratament, utilizate în obstrucţiile infravezicale, provocate de scleroza prostatei, cu determinarea posibilităţilor de optimizare a acestora. Astfel, rezultatele observaţiei dinamice efectuate asupra bolnavilor din acest grup au confirmat în măsura respectivă eficienţa clinică a rezecţiei transuretrale a prostatei în tratamentul bolnavilor cu scleroza prostatei.

Sumary Treatment of prostate sclerosis represents a major issue of contemporan urology due to the large spread of this disease, especially in older and senile men. Until recently, most patients were treated by "open" resection. Currently a recognized standard in the treatment of prostate sclerosis is transurethral prostatic resection (TUR). In this work was agreed at a deeper and complete analysis of surgical methods of treatment used in infravesical obstruction caused by the prostate sclerosis, which determining their optimization possibilities. The results of dynamic observation made on the patients of this group confirmed the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with prostate sclerosis.
