Evaluarea meniurilor de repartiţie din cantinele şcolare pe perioada caldă a anului

Abstract

This article describes the analysis of menu of 10 rural high schools and a sector from Chisinau from the Republic of Moldova during the warm season. Highlights the average amount of food consumed by a pupil given at the school canteen, the deviations of these quantities and the share of coverage with chemical substances of the daily norm of a student according to the current legislation.

Произведен анализ меню в раскладках десяти сельских лицеев и сектора города Кишинэу за теплый период года. Отражаются средние данные употребления основных групп пищевых продуктов и питательных веществ и их соответствие с существующими нормативами.
