Abstract: While conducting the forming experiment, we have created a psychological complex programme for medical university teachers’ image optimization and development. For this purpose we have designed and carried out the test called “The evaluation of the importance of the personality image for medical university teachers”. During the empiric research we have used non-parametrical statistic methods: Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon methods. After the implementation of this programme, we have observed a positive improvement in the attitude of the university teacher’s image of personality. In general, the research results demonstrate the progress of the following factors in a person’s image: social pregnancy, professional competence, tolerance, maturity, correctivity and self-actualization (p < 0,05).
При реализации формирующего эксперимента мы создали комплексную психологическую программу оптимизации имиджа преподавателя медицинского ВУЗА. Для этой цели мы создали и реализовали тест «Оценка значимости имиджа личности для преподавателей медицинского ВУЗА». При эмпирическом исследовании мы использовали непараметрические статистические методы: Mann-Whitney; Wilcoxon. После реализации программы мы установили значительное улучшение отношения к имиджу личности преподавателя ВУЗА. В общем, результаты исследования показывают прогресс в следующих факторов имиджа личности преподавателя медицинского ВУЗА: социальная прегнантность; профессиональная компетентность; толерантность; зрелость; корректность и само-актуализация ( p < 0,05).
