| Abstract: | We analised the causer, clinical manifestations and complet treatment of 256 patients: 85 patients (32,2 %) septic complications of femoral open fractures and 171 patients (66,8 %) with septic complications of open fractures of the shank. In 92,71 % of the cases the result was good, anatomically and functionally satisfactory with a stabile remission
În acest articol este prezentată analiza cauzelor, manifestărilor clinice şi tratamentul complex a 256 pacienţi: 85 (32,2 %) cu complicaţii septice în fracturi deschise de femur şi 171 (66,8 %) în fracturi deschise a oaselor gambei. A fost obţinut un rezultat bun anatomic şi funcţional satisfăcător în 92,71 cazuri cu o remisie stabilă a procesului septic. |
