Farmacovigilenţa în activitatea farmacistului comunitar

Abstract

Abstract. As a component of pharmaceutical activity, pharmacovigilance is of major importance in the process of increasing and maintaining the quality of pharmaceutical services provided to drug consumers by community pharmacies. This article is devoted to highlighting the opinions of pharmacists from community pharmacies regarding their role in achieving the objectives related to pharmacovigilance activities. As a result of the survey, the opinions of pharmacists from community pharmacies of the Republic of Moldova regarding their role in the field of pharmacovigilance were highlighted, especially those related to adverse drug reactions: their impact and the importance of communication, collaboration with medical personnel, communication with patients, knowledge, training, etc.

Rezumat. Ca parte componentă a activităţii farmaceutice, farmacovigilenţa este de o importanţă majoră în procesul de majorare și de întreţinere a calităţii serviciilor farmaceutice prestate consumatorilor de medicamente de către farmaciile comunitare. Prezentul articol este consacrat evidenţierii părerilor farmaciștilor din farmaciile comunitare, privind rolul lor în realizarea obiectivelor ce ţin de activităţile din domeniul farmacovigilenţei. În rezultatul chestionării au fost evidenţiate părerile farmaciștilor din farmaciile comunitare ale Republicii Moldova privind rolul lor în domeniul farmacovigilenţei, îndeosebi a celor ce se referă la reacţiile adverse a medicamentelor: impactul lor și importanţa comunicării, colaborarea cu personalul medical, comunicarea cu pacienţii, cunoștinţele, instruirea etc.
