Abstract: Introducere. Infarctul miocardic şi necroza ulterioară a ţesutului este consecinţa blocării fluxului coronarian. Reabilitarea post-infarct prin tehnici kinetoterapeutice active îmbunătăţeşte funcţia ţesutului miocardului, scade riscul de complicaţii şi mortalitate şi creşte calitatea vieţii pacienţilor. Scop. În studiul nostru ne-am propus ca scop evaluarea impactului tehnicilor fiziokinetoterapeutice asupra stării generale de sănătate şi calităţii vieţii pacienţilor postinfarct. Material şi metode. Pacient de 54 de ani, cu infarct miocardic acut a participat la un program de reabilitare cardiacă de 2 săptămâni. Programul a inclus exerciţii aerobice, respiratorie, de rezistenţă şi intensitate scăzută. Evaluările pre şi post intervenţie au cuprins testul de mers 6 minute (6MWT), scala Borg pentru efort perceput şi dispnee. Rezultate. La finalul programului, pacientul a prezentat o ameliorare semnificativă a capacităţii funcţionale, evidenţiată prin creşterea distanţei parcurse la testul de mers 6 minute (6MWT) de la 280 m la 420 m, precum şi prin reducerea percepţiei subiective a efortului (scala Borg) de la scorul 15 la 9. Scala de dispnee a evidenţiat o reducere a dificultăţii respiratorii, de la gradul 4 la gradul 2 în cazul exerciţiilor de rezistenţă de intensitate moderată şi până la gradul 1 în cadrul exerciţiilor de kinetoterapie respiratorie. Pe parcursul şedinţelor de kinetoterapie nu s-au înregistrat episoade de angină pectorală sau tulburări de ritm cardiac. Concluzii. Exerciţiile kinetice au un impact pozitiv asupra recuperării pacientului post-infarct miocardic, îmbunătăţind capacitatea funcţională şi calitatea vieţii. Absenţa complicaţiilor cardiovasculare în timpul kinetoterapiei confirmă siguranţa şi eficienţa protocolului bazat pe principiile modelului FITT.
Introduction. Myocardial infarction and the subsequent tissue necrosis are the results of blocked coronary blood flow. Post-infarction rehabilitation through active kinesiothera-peutic techniques improves myocardial tissue function, reduces the risk of complications and mortality, and enhances patients’ quality of life. Objective. Our study aimed to assess the impact of physiokinesiotherapy on post-myocardial infarction patients, focusing on improvements in overall health and quality of life during recovery and rehabilitation. Material and methods. A 54-year-old patient with acute myocardial infarction participated in a 2-week cardiac rehabilitation program. The program included aerobic, breathing, resistance, and low-intensity exercises. Pre- and post-intervention assessments included the 6-minute walk test (6MWT), Borg scale for perceived exertion, and dyspnea scale. Results. At the end of the program, the patient showed a significant improvement in functional capacity, demonstrated by an increase in the distance covered in the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) from 280 m to 420 m, as well as a reduction in the subjective perception of effort (Borg scale) from a score of 15 to 9. The dyspnea scale indicated a clear decrease in respiratory difficulty, from grade 4 to grade 2 during moderate-intensity resistance exercises, and down to grade 1 during respiratory kinesiotherapy exercises. No episodes of angina pectoris or cardiac rhythm disturbances were recorded during the kinesiotherapy sessions. Conclusion. Kinetic exercises play a key role in accelerating recovery after myocardial infarction by improving patients’ functional capacity and overall quality of life. The absence of cardiovascular complications during kinesiotherapy highlights the safety and clinical efficacy of the FITT-based protocol.
