Abstract: Introducere. Serviciile farmaceutice esenţiale prestate in farmaciile comunitare constituie un pilon important în asigurarea cu medicamente sigure, calitative si eficiente. Calitatea serviciilor, informarea adecvata, consilierea potrivită constituie factori importanţi pentru garantarea satisfacţiei pacienţilor. Scop. Evaluarea calităţii serviciilor farmaceutice prestate reţelele de farmacii comunitare Felicia, Farmacia Familiei, Elody, Salut şi Hippocrates, dificultăţile şi propuneri pentru îmbunătăţirea lor. Material şi metode. Studiul este realizat prin chestionarea farmaciştilor şi pacienţilor din farmaciile comunitare. Au fost elaborate doua chestionare destinate specialiştilor în domeniul medicamentului şi vizitatorilor farmaciilor comunitare. Eşantionul selectat prin metoda convenţională, ţinând cont de posibilităţile logistice, transmis la 300 persoane cumulativ. Rezultate. S-a demonstrat că 55% -65 % acceptă automedicaţia pacienţilor. Între 80% - 90% atenţionează pacienţii despre riscurile automedicaţiei. 79,2 % cazuri eliberarea medicamentelor Rx este realizată de specialişti cu studii superioare. 41 cazuri de furnizare a serviciilor exista implicarea personalului fără studii farmaceutice. 24,5% recunosc eliberarea antibioticelor fără prescripţie. Chestionarul pacienţilor a demonstrat primirea consultaţilor privind utilizarea a medicamentelor ( 64% -87%). 62,5 % au confirmat lipsa informării despre efecte adverse a medicamentelor. 87,5% declară că farmacistul a fost amabil, răspunzând întrebărilor. Concluzii. Datele reflectă un grad corespunzător de responsabilitate profesională în reţele de farmacii, existenţa unei infrastructuri solide pentru sporirea accesului la servicii, evidenţiind discrepanţe, încălcări ale normelor, implicarea nespecialiştilor, lipsa interacţiunii cu prestatorii medicali.
Introduction. Essential pharmaceutical services provided in community pharmacies constitute an important pillar in providing safe, qualitative and effective medicines. The quality of services, adequate information and appropriate counseling are important factors in guaranteeing the patient satisfaction. Objective. Evaluation of quality of pharmaceutical services provided by the community pharmacy chains Felicia, Farmacia Familiei, Elody, Salut and Hippocrates, difficulties and proposals for their improvement. Material and methods. The study was carried out by surveying pharmacists and patients from community pharmacies. Two surveys were developed for specialists in the field of medicine and visitors to community pharmacies. The sample selected by the conventional method, taking into account logistical possibilities, was sent to 300 people cumulatively. Results. 55%-65% have been shown to accept self-medication of patients. Between 80% - 90% warn patients about the risks of self-medication. 79.2% of cases the dispensing of Rx drugs is done by specialists with higher education. In 41 cases of service provision, there was the involvement of personnel without pharmaceutical studies. 24.5% recognize the dispensing of antibiotics without prescription. The patient questionnaire demonstrated the receipt of consultations on the use of drugs (64% -87%). 62.5% confirmed the lack of information about the adverse effects of medicines. 87.5% say the pharmacist was kind in answering questions. Conclusion. The data reflect a corresponding degree of professional responsibility in pharmacy networks, the existence of a solid infrastructure for increasing access to services, highlighting discrepancies, violations of rules, the involvement of non-specialists, the lack of interaction with medical providers.
