Aspectele incapacităţii latente de muncă la bolnavii de bronhopneumopatie cronică obstructivă

Abstract

The article is devoted to latent disability of workers with COPD. The authors with the help of medical and psychological methods examined motivation of workers behavior with COPD in a situation of temporary incapacity due to illness. The legal problem of patients with COPD, because of the lack in labor standards specifically - sick leave certificate.

În articol sînt prezentate aspectele privind incapacitatea latentă a angajaţilor bolnavi de BPOC. Autorii, prin utilizarea metodelor medicale si psihologice, au studiat motivele comportamentale a angajatilor bolnavi de BPOC în funcţie de incapacitatea temporară de muncă legată de maladie, care nu se include în normele de legislaţie de muncă pe motiv de lipsă a temeiului formal – certificatului de concediu medical.
