Evaluarea rezultatelor tratamentului cazurilor noi de tuberculoză pulmonară în dependenţă de metoda depistării

Abstract

The results of treatement of 495 new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were analysed which were devided into 2 groups: the 1st group with active screening and the 2nd - with passive one. In the first group the tuberculosis process was limited but bacilli emission has been at the level of 30,9%. In the second group the extinsive process has been predominaites and the bacilli emission at the level of 73,0%. The succes of treatement in the 1st group was 88,9%, but in the 2nd group – 46,7%, which is maintained by a large number of the quiting, the therapeutic failure, the deaths.

Au fost analizate rezultatele tratamentului a 495 cazuri noi de tuberculoză pulmonară, care au fost devizate în două loturi : I lot cu depistare activă şi lotul II – cu depistare pasivă. În lotul I procesul tuberculos a fost limitat, iar emisia de bacili este de 30,9%. În lotul II predomină procesele extinse şi emisia de bacili în 73,0%. Succesul tratamentului în lotul I este de 88,9%, în lotul II – de 46,7%, care este menţinut de numărul mare de abandon, eşec, decese.
