Studiu experimental – modificările morfopatochimice în hemoperitoneul posttraumatic

Abstract

At the concerned experimental scientific research are presented the results of analysis of hemoperitoneal morphopathochemical modifications induced experimentally and the impact of absorption of hemoperitoneum on the hemostasis. Meanwhile, through experimental laparotomy and hemoperitoneum, comparatively it is analysed the advantages of nonoperative approach in the management of solid intraabdominal organ injuries, through pertinent statistical observations offering new answers on certain hypothesis extremly discussed in the literature.

În cercetarea ştiinţifică experimentală în cauză sunt prezentate rezultatele analizei modificărilor morfopatochimice ale hemoperitoneului indus experimental şi al impactului absorbţiei acestuia asupra homeostaziei. În acelaşi timp se analizează comparativ prin intermediul laparotomiei pe cale experimentală şi a hemoperitoneului avantajele tacticii nonoperatorii de rezolvare a leziunilor traumatice ale organelor parenchimatoase, prin constatări statistice pertinente oferindu-se răspunsuri inedite asupra anumitor ipoteze extrem de discutate în literatura de specialitate.
