Complicaţiile pancreatitei cronice, posibilităţi de diagnostic contemporan şi opţiuni terapeutice

Abstract

Study includes the results of surgical treatment of 60 patients of chronic pancreatitis and its complications during the period 2008-2012 in Surgical Clinic N2. Operations of choice were following: the complicated cases with pancreatic pseudocyst (PP) - cystpancreatojejunoanasthomosis (CPJA) on the loop by Roux external drainage, ultrasound guided puncture of PP. PC complicated cases by obstructive jaundice-CPJA with cholecysto-orholedocho-jejunoanasthomosis (CoCJA) on the splitted loop by Roux, CDP; toracoscopic splanchnectomy. Remained operations were not folowed by postoperative lethality.

Studiul prezintă rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical aplicat la 60 pacienţi cu complicaţii ale pancreatitei cronice (PC) efectuat în perioada 2008-2012 în Clinica de Chirurgie Nr.2. Operaţiile de elecţie au inclus: pentru cazurile complicate cu pseudochist pancreatic (PP)-drenare externă a PP, chistpancreaticojejunoanastomoză(CPJA) pe ansă Roux. În cazurile de PC complicată cu icter mecanic-CPJA cu colecisto- sau coledoco-jejunoanastomoză (CsCJA) pe ansă bispiculată a la Roux; duodenpancreatectomie cefalică (DPC), splanhnicectomie toracoscopică. Letalitate postoperatorie nulă.
