Managementul terapeutic şi chirurgical al stenozelor laringo-traheale cicatriciale la copii (Revista literaturii)

Abstract

Laryngotracheal stenosis in children often presents an iatrogenic etiology, being the result of prolonged intubation or tracheostomy used as emergency maneuvres to save the patient's life. Other causes that can provoke cicatricial stenosis are combustion of respiratory pathways and cervical trauma. It is necessary to study specialized material for assessing the etiopathogenisis and the most effective treatment methods in laryngotracheal stenosis in children.

Stenozele laringotraheale la copii deseori prezintă o etiologie iatrogenă, fiind rezultatul intubaţiei prelungite sau traheostomiei utilizate ca manevre urgente pentru salvarea vieţii pacientului. Alte cauze care pot provoca stenozele cicatriciale sunt combustiile căilor respiratorii şi traumatismele cervicale. Este necesară studierea materialului de specialitate pentru aprecierea etiopatogeniei şi celor mai eficace metode de tratament în stenozele laringotraheale cicatriceale la copii.
