Particularităţi de evaluare şi planificare a tratamentului implanto-protetic

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to establish some conditions of evaluation and planning of treatment with fixed prostheses using implants. The work was based strictly on the initial objectives. A complex examination of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the bone at the site where implants are to be inserted plays an essential role in determining the treatment plan. The most informative contemporary methods of examination have been discussed as a primary target of this work. For optimal planning of implanto-prosthetics treatment we need the type of bone density in the edentation area, which we appreciate using computer tomography, a superior method used in dental implantology. Taking into consideration the type of bone density the interval or load-time of progressive prosthetics also varies. The conclusions are drawn from the objectives that have been reached in order top achieve the basic aim of this work. Rezumat Scopul acestei lucrări este de a stabili unele condiţii de evaluare şi planificare a tratamentului implanto-protetic cu proteze fixe cu sprijin pur implantar. Lucrarea a fost bazată strict pe obiectivele trasate iniţial. Un rol esenţial în stabilirea planului de tratament îi revine examinării complexe a aspectului calitativ şi cantitativ al osului la locul de inserţie a implantelor. Cele mai informative metode contemporane de examinare paraclinică, au fost trasate ca un prim obiectiv în această lucrare. Pentru o planificare optimală a tratamentului implanto-protetic, avem nevoie de tipul de densitate osoasă în zona edentaţiei, care o apreciem cu ajutorul computer tomografiei, fiind metoda de elecţie în implantologia dentară. În dependenţă de tipul de densitate osoasă variază şi intervalul sau timpul încărcării protetice progresive. Concluziile reies din obiectivele asumate pentru realizarea scopului scontat în teză.
