Particularităţile patogenetice în otitele medii la copii în primii 3 ani de viaţă

Abstract

The article reports clinical manifestations and the results of noninvasive and surgical examinations in infants suffering from otitis media in their first 3 years of life. Otitis media has silent course in the majority of cases. Diagnosis is based on anamnesis, pneumatic otoscopy and impedance audiometry. The analysis of the electroacoustic compliance is the most effective method in the diagnosis of otitis media. Impedance audiometry in conjunction with analysis of electroacoustic compliance reveals some pathogenic features of the disease.

Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа клинических проявлений, неинвазивных исследований и хирургических находок у детей первых трех лет жизни, страдающих средним отитом. Средний отит характеризуется латентным течением в большинстве случаев. Анализ электроакустического сопротивления является наиболее чувствительным в диагностике среднего отита у детей раннего возраста. Импедансометрия в динамике, включая анализ электроакустического сопротивления, раскрывают сущность патогенетических особенностей среднего отита у детей первых трех лет жизни.
