Manifestările clinice ale dereglărilor de hemostază la pacienții cu ciroză hepatică

Abstract

This study included 58 patients with liver cirrhosis which were determined clinical manifestation of hemostatic disorders. We have analyzed the clinical manifestations of hemorrhagic syndrome and thrombotic disorders. It has been observed that more often hemorrhagic syndrome manifested by the presence of nasal bleeding and thrombosis were identified more frequently in the portal vein of the liver. Correlation analysis showed that the reduction of platelets and prothrombin index become more pronounced with the progression of the pathological process. APTT shows a direct correlation with the stage of the disease.

В исследование было включено 58 пациентов с циррозом печени, у которых были определены клинические проявления нарушений гемостаза. Мы проанализировали клинические проявления геморрагического синдрома и осложнения тромбозного характера. Было замечено что чаще всего геморрагический синдром проявлялся наличием носовых кровотечений а тромбозы были выявлены чаще в воротной вене печени. Кор- реляционный анализ показал, что снижение тромбоцитов и протромбинового индекса становятся более выраженными с прогрессированием патологического процесса. АЧТВ демонстрирует прямую корреляцию со стадием заболевания.
