Scopul principal al managementului eficient al serviciilor de sănătate constă în asigurarea pacienţilor cu servicii medicale calitative în toate etapele de acordare a asistenţei medicale. E dovedit ştiinţific că la baza dezvoltării conceptului de management stau trei elemente principale: „sarcinile”, „executorii” şi „activitatea de conducere”. Procesul de management în sistemul de sănătate se bazează pe sarcinile de dezvoltare a serviciilor de sănătate. Au fost analizate componentele ştiinţifice, teoretice şi practice ale managementului în domeniu. Rezultatele obţinute vor permite studierea mai profundă a problemei sporirii calităţii serviciilor de sănătate acordate pacientului concret, precum şi a sistemului de sănătate în general.
The following research deals with the issues of ensuring of medical services by rendering medical and sanitary help to all sections of the population. Analyses of particular categories, technologies, terminological apparatus and other components of the process of qualitative medical aid on primary, regional and state levels have been carried out. Well-known approaches to forming policies and strategies of target result which further medical services quality upgrading have been generalized and new ones have been suggested. Materials of our own research have been used as well as primary sources of regional, state and foreign flow of scientific data devoted to sections of medical services quality management. Practical application of the research is aimed at improvement of medical services quality for a concrete patient and efficient development of medical sphere entirely.
