| dc.description.abstract | Summary. Feasibility study of a existing in Republic of Moldova legislative and regulatory framework on personnel activities within the health care institutions. The data regarding the legal/regulatory framework governing the work of medical institutions in human resource management are presented in this publication. A meta-analysis of legislation, government decisions, Ministry of Health orders, regarding the components of human resources management in health care institutions was done. The strengths and weaknesses in this area were identified and the ways to improve the legislative/normative framework in human resource management in health care institutions were proposed. | en_US |

Оценка целесообразности существующей в Республике Молдова законодательной и нормативной базы для деятельности в области управления перосналом в медицинских учреждениях. В данной статье представлены данные, касающиеся законодательной/нормативной базы, регулирующей деятельность медицинских учреждений в области управления человеческими ресурсами. Был проведен мета-анализ законодательства, решений правительства, приказов Министерства Здравоохранения в зави- симости от компонентов менеджмента человеческих ресурсов в медико-санитарных учреждениях. Были выявлены сильные и слабые стороны в данной области и предложены пути совершенствования законодательной/нормативной базы управления человеческими ресурсами в медицинских учреждениях. | en_US |
