Abstract

Summary. Methodological Issues in Studying the Quality of Medical Services. In assessing the quality of services in general and the quality of health services in particular, specification and differentiation from goods have a great importance. It is necessary to reveal the characteristics and factors affecting the quality of services. It should be noted that from the multitude of services provided, the health services are outstanding. In this paper, the author has addressed the issue of complexity while assessing the quality of medical services and has identified ways of solving this problem, which is of great importance for the health system.

Резюме. Методологические аспекты изучения качества медицинских услуг. При оценке качества услуг в целом и, в частности, качества медицинских услуг огромное значение имеют их спецификация, их дифференциация от материальных благ. Необходимо выявить характеристики и факторы, влияющие на качество медицинских услуг. Из множества оказываемых услуг медицинские услуги являются приоритетными. В данной работе автор рассматривает проблему сложности в оценке качества медицинских услуг и определяет возможные пути ее решения, что является очень важным для здравоохранения.
