Măsuri individuale de prevenire a infracțiunii de provocare ilegală a avortului

Abstract

In this scientific article, are highlighted and analyzed measures for individual prevention of the offense of illegal abortion which is to be applied to the potential offender as well as to the victims. In this type of crime, the actions of both the offender and the victim are voluntary and directed to causing damage, but their character does not always coincide with your desire, and, in this context, the importance of implementing preventive measures towards the categories of persons outlined above is highlighted.

В этой статье принимаются и анализируются меры по индивидуальной профилактике правонарушения незаконного производства абортов, применяемого к потенциальному преступнику и жертвам. В соответствии с этим видом правонарушений действия как исполнителя, так и жертвы являются доброжелательными в причинении вреда, но их характер не обязательно совпадает с желанием, и в этом контексте важно принимать меры в отношении категорий лиц, упомянутых выше.
