Endometrioza hepatobiliară

Abstract

Endometrioza este o patologie benignă înregistrată la femeile de vârstă fertilă, dar și la cele aflate în perioada postmenopauzală. Cel mai frecvent, aceasta afectează organele pelviane și/sau cele aflate în nemijlocita apropiere de acestea, nefiind explicat pe deplin mecanismul de apariție și diseminare la distanță a acestui proces, la momentul actual existând numeroase teorii și versiuni. Endometrioza hepatică și cea a colecistului sunt unele dintre cele mai rare forme de endometrioză, în literatura de specialitate fiind raportat un număr foarte restrâns de cazuri. Simptomatologia, momentul apariției, anamneza și tactica de tratament în cazurile examinate, diferă de la pacient la pacient, astfel fiind dificil de a face unele constatări cu substrat științific în acest sens. În această revistă a literaturii au fost studiate cazurile publicate în literatura științifică, de la primul caz de endometrioză hepatică relatat de către Finkel L. (1986) până la cele mai recente cazuri.

Endometriosis is a benign pathology recorded in women of childbearing age, but also in postmenopausal women. Most commonly, it affects the pelvic organs and / or those located near them, but the mechanism of appearance and dissemination of this process is not clearly explained, at the moment, numerous theories and versions exists. Hepatic and cholecystic endometriosis is one of the rarest forms of endometriosis, with a very limited number of cases reported in the literature. The symptomatology, the time of appearance, the anamnesis and the treatment in the examined cases, differ from patient to patient, making it difficult to make some findings with a scientific substrate. In this rewiew were studied the cases published in the scientific literature, from the first case reported by Finkel L. in 1986, to the most recent cases.
