Studiul morbidităţii neurologice şi genetice în raioanele Republicii Moldova: Călăraşi, Teleneşti şi Comrat

Abstract

The research provides the study of genetic and neurological morbidity by neurological examination of children up to 4 years, 11 months, and 29 days from districts of the Republic of Moldova: Calarasi, Telenesti, and Comrat for the period 2009-2013. The results of the study have found a uniform increase in the incidence of neurological and genetic pathologies. In Moldova the incidence of neurological pathologies, hereditary diseases, and congenital malformations is high. The distribution of neurological pathologies in these three districts shows that the most affected district is Telenesti - 54% of children with neurological pathology reported to healthy children, while in Comrat and Calarasi districts are 47% children with neurological pathology and genetic diseases.

Исследование предусматривает изучение неврологической и генетической заболеваемости путём неврологического обследования детей в возрасте до 4 лет, 11 месяцев и 29 дней из районов Республики Молдова: Калараш, Теленешты и Комрат за период 2009-2013 гг. Результаты исследования показали равномерный рост частоты неврологических и генетических патологий. В Молдове высокая частота неврологических патологий, наследственных заболеваний и врожденных пороков развития. Распределение неврологических патологий в данных трёх районах указывает, что больше всего детей с неврологической патологией по сравнению со здоровыми детьми, в районе Теленешты - 54%, в то время как в Комрате и Калараш зарегистрировано 47% детей с неврологической и генетической патологией.
