Abstract:
The study has included the results of daily notes for a week of food consumed by 212 athletes during the winter-spring period and by 214 athletes during the summer-autumn period. The energy of daily diet during the winter-spring and in the summer-autumn was deficient for all students taken in the study. Distribution of the energy value of the daily diet after meals is characterized by a surplus of energy received at
supper. The energy provided by lipids accounts exceeded hygienic recommendations.
