Abstract

Actuality. The development of responsible parenting skills is a priority issue, due to the remaining high divorce rate among young families, high rate of children born outside of marriage and remained without parental supervision, increased level of reproductive health problems. Materials and methods. The results of the study conducted in the framework of the “Community support services in responsible parenting skills development” supported by the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development reflects representations about the meaning of parenting of different categories of community members, its components, need to parenting training, and knowledge and behaviors of adolescents in reproductive health and parenting issues. Results. Piloting a program based on the principles of formative peer education has allowed identifying mechanisms of change in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of adolescents and confirmation of the need to include in the school curriculum content-oriented formation of values that promote health, family, relationships harmonious interpersonal and prepare the younger generation to become effective parents. Conclusions. To support adolescents in the development of parenting skills, families should represent a model in communication and form them basic life skills. Was identified, that sexuality and personal development education. Was demonstrated, that a formative program applied on the principle of peer education was effective in increasing knowledge and strengthening students’ attitudes, but to assure they behaviors changes require longer systematic interventions implemented by specialists.

Актуальность. Обучение навыков ответственного родительства является прерогативой современности, так как остается высоким уровень разводов среди молодых семей, количество детей рожденных до брака, и по-прежнему высок уровень проблем репродуктивного здоровья. Материалы и методы. Результаты исследования, проведенного в рамках Проекта «Развитие ответственного родительства у молодежи», при поддержке Швейцарского Агентства по Сотрудничеству и Развития отражает представления об ответственном родительстве, ее компонентов, необходимоcть подготовки будущих родителей, также оценка знаний и поведения подростков в области репродуктивного здоровья и отношения к родительству. Результаты. Пилотирование программы, основанную на принципах образования «от равного к равному» позволило выявить механизмы изменения в уровне знаний, отношений и поведения подростков и подтверждения необходимости включить в школьную программу компонента формирования ценностей, продвижения здорового образа жизни, семьи, гармоничных межличностных отношений и подготовить подрастающее поколение, чтобы стать эффективным родителем. Выводы. Чтобы подростки стали хорошими родителями, семья в настоящее время должна предлагать модель общения и формировать их жизненные и хозяйственные навыки. Специалисты отметили необходимость полового воспитания и личностного развития подростков. Обучающая программа «от равного к равному» оказалась эффективной в повышении знаний и укрепления отношений школьников, но чтобы изменить поведение, нужны более углублённые систематические программы.
