Профилактические вакцины против вируса папилломы человека: иммуногенность, эффективность, продолжительность защиты и безопасность

Abstract

The article provides systematic data that shows the prevalence of cervical cancer in the world, and also demonstrates the role of oncogenic types of human papilloma virus and, therefore, the need to take measures to prevent infection. The existing vaccines are analized, the data about the history of their origin is provided as well as vaccines testing results and the effectiveness and validity period. The spacial attention is paid to synthesis of the available information about possible side effects and safety of vaccines.

Articolul oferă date sistematice ce arată incidenţa cancerului de col uterin în lumea şi arată, de asemenea, rolul ce aparţine tipurilor oncogene de virusul papilloma uman şi, prin urmare, necesitatea unor măsuri pentru a preveni infecţia. Sunt examinate vaccinurile existente, se manifestă originea lor, rezultatele testărilor, precum şi eficienţa şi perioada de valabilitate. O atenţie deosebită este acordată sintezării informaţiilor disponibile despre efectele secundare posibile şi aspectului de siguranţă a vaccinurilor.
