Abstract:
The acylated lilionines G,H,M and N were isolated from the bulbs of Lilium henryi
Baker and the compounds to be: (G) 3-O-[α –L - rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)] - O – β- D –
glucopyranosyde-(25R)-spirost-5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O-[(S)-3-hydroxy - 3-methylglutaroyl], (H)
3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→ 4)] -O- β-D-glucopyranosyde-(25R) – spirost - 5-en-3 β, 27-diol-
27-O-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)], (M) 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)] –O-[ β-Dglucopyranosyl
(1→3)] – O- β-D-glucopyranosyde]-(25R)-spirost-5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O-[(S)-
(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl] and (N) 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 →2) –O –( β-Dglucopyranosyl
(1 → 4) – O- β-D-glucopyranosyde]-(25R)-spirost-5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O[(S)-
(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)].
Din bulbii Lilium henryi Baker au fost izolate lilioninele acilate G,H,M şi N cu
următoarea structură chimică: (G) 3-O-[ α-L-ramnopiranozil (1 → 2)]-O- β-D-glucopiranozida-
(25 R)-spirost-5-en-3 β, 27 - diol - 27- O - [(S)-3-hidroxi-3-metilglutaroil], (H) 3-O-[ β-Dglucopiranozil
(1→4)]-O- β –D – glucopiranozida - (25R) – spirost -5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O-(3-
hidroxi-3-metilglutaroil), (M) 3-O-[ α-L-ramnopiranozil (1→ 2)] – O – [ β-D-glucopiranozil (1
→ 3)] – O – β - D-glucopiranozida] – (25R) – spirost-5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O- [(S)-3-hidroxi-3-
metilglutaroil)] şi (N) 3-O-[ α-L-ramnopiranozil (1 → 2)] – O –[ β-D-glucopiranozil (1 → 4)] –
O- β-D-glucopiranozida] – (25R) – spirost-5-en-3 β, 27 – diol – 27 – O - [(S)-(3-hidroxi-3-
metilglutaroil)].
