Background. In the local flora there are 3 species with different degrees of vulnerability from g.
Galanthus. In order to restore the natural populations, the species were multiplied in vitro in the Plant
Biotechnologies Laboratory of the “Alexandru Ciubotaru” Botanical Garden, and, subsequently,
collections of vitroplants were created. Objective of the study. Comparative quantitative and qualitative
study of alkaloids in different vegetable products in 3 species: Galanthus elweisii, G. nivalis and G.
plicatus. Materials and methods. As biological material for the chemical analysis of alkaloids served:
bulbs and aerial parts (leaves and flowers) from sp. G. elwesii, G. nivalis and G. plicatus, harvested in
the flowering phase. The alkaloids were identified by colour and sedimentation reactions of the extracts,
and their dosing by indirect titrimetric method. Results. Analytical reactions with Wagner Bouchardat
and Dragendoff reagents, tannin, phosphowulframic, phosphomolybdenic, picric and picrolonic acids
denote the presence of alkaloids. The dosage of the total alkaloids by the titrimetric method, in the
recalculation to galantamine shows that the alkaloids content in the analyzed extracts varies from 0.238
to 0.674% depending on the species and plant product. For all species the alkaloid content (%) was
higher in the aerial parts than in the bulbs: respectively, G.nivalis (0.590 and 0.351); G.elwesii (0.674
and 0.336) and G. plicatus (0.388 and 0.261). The values of the alkaloid content in G.nivalis and
G.elwesii were almost equal. Conclusion. The obtained results indicate that the plants of all analyzed
sp. G.elwesii, G.nivalis and G. plicatus multiplied in vitro and grown ex situ have the potential to
accumulate alkaloids. In all species the vegetable product of aerial parts is richer in alkaloids than form
bulbs.
Introducere. În flora locală sunt 3 specii cu grad diferit de vulnerabilitate din g.Galanthus. Pentru
restabilirea populațiilor naturale, speciile au fost multiplicate in vitro în Laboratorul de Biotehnologii
vegetale al Grădinii Botanice ”Alexandru Ciubotaru”, iar, ulterior, create colecții de vitroplantule.
Scopul lucrării. Studiul comparativ cantitativ și calitativ al alcaloizilor în diferite produse vegetale la 3
specii Galanthus elwesii, G. nivalis și G. plicatus. Material şi metode. În calitate de material biologic
pentru analiza chimică a alcaloizilor au servit: bulbii și părțile aerine (frunze și flori) de la sp. G. elwesii,
G. nivalis și G. plicatus, recoltate în faza de înflorire. Identificarea alcaloizilor s-a realizat prin reacții
de cculoare și sedimentare al extractelor, iar dozarea lor prin metoda titrimetrică indirectă. Rezultate.
Reacțiile analitice cu reactivii Wagner Bouchardat și Dragendoff, acidul taninic, fosfowolframic,
fosfomolibdenic, picric și picrolonic denotă prezența alcaloizilor. Dozarea totalului alcaloizilor prin
metoda titrimetrică, în recalcul la galantamină arată că, conținutul alcaloizilor în extractele analizate
variază de la 0,238 până la 0,674% în funcție de specie și produs vegetal. Pentru toate speciile conținutul
alcaloizilor (%) a fost mai mare în părți aeriene, decât în bulbi: respectiv, G. nivalis (0,590 și 0,351); G.
elwesii (0,674 și 0,336) și G. plicatus (0,338 și 0,261). Valorile conținutului de alcaloizi în sp. G.nivalis
și G. elweisii au fost aproape egale. Concluzii. Rezultatele obținute denotă că, plantele sp. G.elwesii,
G.nivalis și G.plicatus multiplicate in vitro și crescute ex situ au potențial de acumulare al alcaloizilor.
Produsul vegetal de tip herba este mult mai bogat în conținut de alcalozi, decât bulbii la toate speciile.
