is a lack of evidence and clinical trials that were developed for persons with multimorbidity and
cognitive deficits. The main population identified were elderly institutionalized persons with Alzheimer
or unspecified cognitive deficits. Interventions are based on physical exercise, exercise and training
strategies targeting memory and attention and combined programs, while assessments consist usually of
physical parameters (gait, falls, physical performance) and cognitive evaluations with common tools as
MoCA or MMSE. Although physical performance cand be ca be improved at some level, outcomes
regarding cognitive domains still showed a poor efficacy. Conclusion. There is little evidence regarding
cognitive rehabilitation in persons with multimorbidity today. More targeted and specific research is
needed to address the issue of clinical deficits in persons with multimorbidity.

atât, prezența deficitelor cognitive la persoanele cu comorbiditate este un factor negativ asociat cu
rezultate dimunuate și reduc potențialul intervențiilor terapeutice. Scopul lucrării. De a evidenția
principalele instrumente de evaluare și intervenții pentru pacienții cu deficite cognitive și comorbiditate.
Material și Metode. A fost aplicată o strategie de căutare prin cuvintele cheie: deficit cognitive,
comorbiditate, intervenție, reabilitare în bazele de date Pubmed, Medline și Cochrane. Rezultatele au
fost organizate în conformitate cu strategia PICO, cu selectarea instrumentelor de evaluare și a
intervențiilor. Rezultate. Există o lipsă de dovezi și studii clinice care au fost dezvoltate pentru
persoanele cu deficiențe cognitive și comorbiditate. Populația principală identificată a fost persoanele
în vârstă, instituționalizate cu boala Alzheimer sau cu deficite cognitive nespecificate. Intervențiile se
bazează pe exerciții fizice, programe și strategii de antrenament care vizează memoria, atenția și
programe combinate, în timp ce evaluările constau de obicei din parametri fizici (mers, căderi,
performanță fizică) și evaluări cognitive cu instrumente comune ca MoCA sau MMSE. Deși performanța
fizică poate fi îmbunătățită la un anumit nivel, reabilitarea cognitivă a arătat o eficacitate slabă.
Concluzii. La momentul actual există puține dovezi cu privire la reabilitarea cognitivă la persoanele cu
comorbiditate. Sunt necesare cercetări mai specifice și mai direcționate pentru a aborda problema
deficitelor clinice la persoanele cu multimorbiditate.
