Rezumat
Gingivita hipertrofică reprezintă un proces
inflamator cronic, preponderent localizat în
gingie, cu predominarea proliferării ţesutului
granulos sau fibros al gingiei și formarea pungilor gingivale. Această patologie constituie de
la 5,2 pînă la 41,6 % din toate afecţiunile parodontale. Cel mai des se determină la copii în
perioada dezvoltări și pubertare (3,33%—10,17
%) și la femei între 35—50 ani. Cauza gingivitei hipertrofice se consideră factorii locali (placa bacteriană) şi generali: stări fiziologice (pubertatea, ciclu menstrual, sarcina, menopauza,
contraceptivele), bolile sistemice (diabetul zaharat, hipovitaminoza C, leucemii, anemii), de
etiologie medicamentoasă (hidantoina, nifedipina, ciclosporina) şi de etiologie idiopatică.
În scopul perfectării metodelor existente
de tratament a gingivitei hipertrofice s-a elaborat un protocolul de conduită în examinare
şi tratament respectînd cerinţele OMS şi implimentat în practică o metodă nechirurgicală
în tratamentul complex al gingivitei hipertrofice, prealabil s-a realizat o igienizare profesională minuţioasă a cavităţii bucale, instructajul igienei bucale şi recomandări la domiciliu
prin gargare, băiţe, clătituri bucale.
Ozonul medical posedă efect: antialgic,
antiinflamator, antiedematos, antioxidant,
miorelaxant, de dezintoxicare, imunomodulator, antimicrobian, antiviral, antifungic, activează procesele metabolice celulare, stimulează metabolismul oxigenului, îmbunătăţeşte
proprietăţile reologice ale sângelui. Rezultate
semnificative s-au observat de la a 3-a procedură de injectare a ozonului în regiunea
gingiei hipertrofiate. Problema sănătăţii şi a
esteticii argumentează necesitatea utilizării
pe larg a ozonoterapiei (ozon medical, forma
alotropă) în mai multe ramuri ale medicinei:
cosmetologie, dermatologie, proctologie, cardiologie şi stomatologie.
Summary
Hypertrophic gingivitis represents a chronic inflammatory process, preponderant located
in gingiva, with prevailing the proliferation of
granulated and fibrous tissue of gingiva and
formation of gingival pockets. This pathology constitutes from 5,2% till 41,6% from all
periodontal diseases. The most frequent is determined to children in the puberty period of
development (3,33% - 10,17%) and to women
between 35-50 years. The reason for hypertrophic gingivitis are considered to be local factors (bacterial plaque) and general: physiological states (puberty, menstrual cycle, pregnance,
menopause, contraceptives), systemic diseases
(diabetes mellitus, vitamin C deficience, leukemias, anemias), and of medicamentous ethiology (hydantoin, nifedipine, cyclosporine)
and of idiopathic etiology. With the purpose
to improve the existed treatment for hypertrophic gingivitis, was elaborated the guide protocol in examination and treatment respecting
the requirements of WHO and implementing
in practice a non-surgical method in complex
treatment of hypertrophic gingivitis, with previous properly professional oral hygiene, oral hygiene instruction and home recommendations
with gargars, mouth rinses and oral baths with
antiseptics. The medical ozone posseses the
following effects: analgesic, antiinflammatory,
antiedematous, antioxidant, miorelaxative, detoxifying, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial,
antiviral, antifungal that activate the cellular
metabolic processes, stimulates the oxygen metabolism, improves the rheological properties of
blood. The systemic and local administration of
medical ozone in hypertrophic gingivitis treatment proved to be clinically and paraclinically
effective, the significant results were observed
since the 3-rd procedure of ozone injection in
the region of affected gingiva. Today the health
and esthetic problems argues the necessity for
the large use of ozonotherapy (medical ozone,
allotrope form) in many fields of medicine as
cosmetology, dermatology, proctology, cardiology and dentistry.
