Abstract

Резюме. При обследовании 1618 больных с МСД ВНЧС выявлены разнообразные причины, предположительно приведшие к развитию заболевания, а у 279 больных (17,24%) не удалось выявить причины возникновения. Исследование показало наличие у всех больных дискоординации и разбалансированности работы жевательных мышц, а также несоответствие между привычной окклюзией и истинной центральной окклюзией. Выявление причин, приводящих к возникновению МСД ВНЧС у части больных позволит индивидуализировать лечение, сократить сроки и финансовые затраты.

Rezumat. În urma examinării a 1618 pacienți cu disfuncție a ATM au fost depistate diverse cauze care au dus la dezvoltarea afecțiunii. La279 pacienți (17,24%) n–au fost identificate cauzele apariției bolii. Studiu a constatat existența la toți pacienții descoordonării și dezichilibrarea activității mușchilor masticatori, precum și, necorespunderea ocluziei «de facto» cu ocluziea centrică veridică. Depistarea cauzelor apariția disfuncției ATM va permite individualizarea, micșorarea duratei tratamentului și a cheltuelilor financiare.

Summary. In a study of 1618 patients with muscle and joint dysfunction of TMJ various causes were identified which presumably led to the development of the disease, and in 279 patients (17.24%) we failed to identify the causes. The study revealed that all patients have incoordination and imbalance of the masticatory muscles, as well as the discrepancy between habitual occlusion and true central occlusion. Identification of the causes leading to the emergence of the muscle and joint dysfunction of TMJ will allow to individualize treatment for some patients, reduce the time and cost of treatment.
