Evaluarea performanţei — instrument de îmbunătăţire a calităţii serviciilor stomatologice

Abstract

Rezumat. Stomatologia este o ramură a medicinei care urmărește realizarea scopurilor, orientate spre acordarea asistenţei stomatologice calitative populaţiei, creșterii nivelului de cunoștinţe în activitatea profesională, iar medicul specialist acceptă rolul de antreprenor în delegarea responsabilităţilor pentru a obţine profit. Este important de menţionat faptul că la etapa actuală caracterizată de tranziţia de la un sistem autoritar de comandă la managementul participativ, asistenţa stomatologică este, în dependenţă de schimbările majore în starea de sănătate orală, creșterea drepturilor pacienţilorși a nivelului de cunoștinţe medicale și stomatologice a populaţiei și nu în ultimul rând de creșterea numărului de cabinete stomatologice cu activităţi care să asigure satisfacţia pacienţilor. Astfel, evaluarea performanţelor și educaţia persoanelor angajate reprezintă una dintre cele mai importante sarcini ale managementului resurselor umane. Managementul performanţelor devine una dintre cele mai esenţiale responsabilităţi manageriale care dă posibilitate de a crea venituri atât pentru instituţie,cât și pentru angajaţi. Totodată cunoaștem că nu există un sistem de management al performanţei comun pentru toate organizaţiile. Pentru Republica Moldova actualmente este necesar de a stabili un sistem de evaluare al performanţei ca instrument utilizat la baza dezvoltării personalului angajat în instituţiile medicale, inclusiv stomatologice.

Summary. The stomatology is a branch of medicine, which follows the realization of goals, concentrated on providing qualitative stomatological assistance to population, increasing knowledge level in professional activity, and the specialized doctor accepts the role of entrepreneur in delegating responsibilities to obtain profit. It is important to mention that at this stage characterized by the transition from an authoritarian command system to participatory management, the stomatological assistance depends on the major changes in oral health condition, the increase of medical and stomatological knowledge level of population, the increased number of patients ‘rights and last but not least, the increased number of dental practices with activities which ensure patients ‘satisfaction. Thus, the performance assessment and the education of salaried persons is one of the most important assignments of Human Resources Management. The performance management becomes one of the most essential managerial responsibilities that gives opportunity to create revenue for both institution and employees. Therewith, we know that there is no common performance management system for all organizations. For Republic of Moldova, presently, it is necessary to establish a performance assessment system as a tool used at the base of staff development from medical institutions, including stomatological ones.
