Abstract

The article takes a philosophical look at the risks and disasters to human health and world survival. Both risks and disasters are described: natural, global, regional, geographical, biological, systemic, nuclear, anthropogenic, geological, cosmic, anthropogenic, existential, and others. It argues for the need to develop universal intellect, noospheric consciousness, awareness of nanotechnologies, artificial intellect, etc.
