Actualitatea crioconservării în păstrarea resurselor genetice

Abstract

The issue of preserving biodiversity and reproducing healthy offspring is currently of particular importance. To preserve the existing biodiversity, an advantageous method, with no alternative, is cryopreservation by using ultra-low temperatures. The current research methods of the essential parameters of the gametes allow to objectively assess the degree of influence of low temperatures on the structural-functional integrity of the reproductive cells and the prospect of long-term preservation of the animal genome.
