Abstract:
Type 1 diabetes is one of the chronic diseases that mainly occurs in children and adolescents. Since there are no drugs with a wider spectrum of use
for this disease the only drug remains to be insulin (present in various pharmaceutical forms depending on the need for administration). At the same
time, researchers are looking to develop, diversify the treatment for minors
and young people with diabetes. Many hopes relate to the application of
psychosocial factors in the therapeutic conduct of diabetes cases. Along with
other ways of rehabilitation the psychological component is essential.
