Abstract

Histological research of the myocardium during ischemia and post-ischemic stimulation and regeneration methods are of particular relevance. The processes of post-infarction revitalization with biologically active substances of cardiomyocytes were the basis of the aim of the given study. Research has shown that reperfusion of remedy „X” for 10 minutes and after reperfusion for 2.5 hours does not affect the mortality of rats, but administration of the remedy in volumes of 1.45 and 2.9 ml/kg reduces the size of myocardial lesions at 72 hours after ischemia/reperfusion 1.9-fold and 2.8-fold, respectively
