Abstract:
When a healthcare executive must resolve a disagreement or make an
ambiguous judgment involving conflicting values, such as those of the
individual, the profession and society as a whole, ethical decision-making is necessary. Nevertheless, this subject is mainly complicated due to the
fact that those principles are properly working only if combined fluently
and patiently. The following article has an ambition to explain ethical
decision making and its importance, involving both practical and moral
sides of the problem.
