Abstract:
The article highlights the features of the conclusion of individual employment contracts with medical workers and the regulation of their working
time. Article 36 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova guarantees
the rights to health protection. The realization of this most important right
largely depends on medical workers. The media reported that many medical
workers, dissatisfied with the conditions of their work, leave for other countries. The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance and role of
medical workers in the implementation of the constitutional right to health
care and insufficient illumination of this topic in the legal literature of Moldovan scientists.
