Abstract:
The article elucidates the problem of oncology health and orbity in medical workers in the Republic of Moldova highlights the scientific arguments for
the elaboration of a special program for combating oncological diseases in the
medical workers compared to the mature population, mortality, prevalence,
disability, survival at 5 years. Particular attention is paid to the concept of
primary, secondary prophylaxis, the role of the patient, the role of the patient,
the local administration, the trade unions, etc. A special role is attributed to
treatment, including in specialized clinics in the country and abroad, access
to specialized medical care of medical workers, monitored them, complex and
complete rehabilitation, palliative services and their infrastructure.
