Abstract:
In the article are analyzed several specific aspects of the dominant perspective in the contemporary Republic of Moldova on the bioethical and human security problematics in political context of edification of national human security strategy. Human security, as a new constructivist concept in the
contemporary security studies, from the perspective of defining of its basic
components, supports the fulfilling of most important political purposes in
the critical approach of the neorealism. The process of implementation of the
bioethical and human security principles and values is based on assuring the
interests and fundamental needs of human individual for a stronger communitarian and personal security. In the paper are stressed the opportunities and
impediments in the implementation of the main principles of the concept of
human security and bioethics, including on the social and political ground of
Republic of Moldova.
